Interested in exhibiting a table at the Birth Expo?
We're looking for organizations serving pregnant people, babies, and families with small children to show off their services to our community!
There is a $25 tabling fee required to benefit Stepping Stone, a local non-profit serving children from under-resourced families in Charlottesville and Albemarle County. Non-profit organizations with 501c3 status are exempt from the table fee.Â
You must fill out an application by August 1st if you'd like to exhibit a table. After your application is received, the Expo Coordinators will reach out via email to discuss next steps.

The Birth Expo is a big project, and any extra hands are more than welcome!
We're looking for volunteers to assist with:
Setting up & taking down the expo space
Interpretation
Greeting / giving directions
Serving food
Door prize announcements
